In the manufacturing process of cardboard sheets (made of paper), plywood has been used for many years as a transport base for the finished cardboard sheets (in a laminated state). The front and back, as well as the central liner, are made of high-strength paper and molded in a wavy shape. This achieves significantly enhanced stacking strength and burst strength for the entire sheet.

We offer a product called SB (Super Board) as a high-strength sheet suitable for heavy packaging. This product is fundamentally a W/F (double-sided sheet: double flute), using high-strength paper for the front, back, and even the central liner. Additionally, a special reinforced core (enhanced in strength through chemicals, etc.) is used in the corrugated core, achieving significantly higher stacking strength and burst strength compared to standard WF sheets.

APTON (single-sided plastic cardboard) is a polyethylene material plastic cardboard and is the only product of its kind in Japan.

"Pradan." It is an abbreviation for plastic cardboard made from plastic rather than paper. Regular pradan is made from polypropylene (PP) and functions as lightweight and high-strength boards or sheets by adopting a hollow structure with a liner and core. Pradan cases are primarily used as "transport boxes" because they are superior in strength and durability compared to paper cardboard boxes. Now, are you familiar with "single-sided pradan"? Unlike regular pradan, it is made from polyethylene (PE), which is softer than PP, and has a liner on only one side. Therefore, the biggest feature of single-sided pradan is that it is "flexibly bendable," exhibiting unique functions that differ from regular pradan.
